Days that respect geography, energy, opening hours, crowd pressure, and the pleasure of not rushing.
ROUTING LOGIC
Times are suggested planning windows, including the travel buffers described below. Reorder whole days for museum closures, weather, and confirmed reservations. For a shorter visit, use the first day or first two days; extensions and alternatives are labeled.
01
Day 1
Center and unusual architecture
Lake → south-center architecture → hotel rest → central evening food
Hotel breakfast and weather check
Confirm current Crazy House admission and your preferred route; keep the day flexible if heavy rain affects raised paths.
Short Xuan Huong Lake walk
Allow 60 minutes on one chosen dry section with road-crossing and rest time; a full circuit is not required.
Protect 20–30 minutes by taxi plus entry, then 75–90 minutes on permitted paths. Ground-level alternatives must be requested; private lodging rooms stay private.
Allow 15–25 minutes for slopes and finding 7 Tang Bat Ho, then 60 minutes for a modest meal. This is not assigned to breakfast because the directory lists evening hours.
Center → Datanla → Truc Lam → central lunch → western villa dinner
Breakfast and southern decision
Confirm weather, Datanla’s actual open path/activity and monastery visitor access. In warnings swap with the central day or keep a confirmed indoor hotel meal.
Road transfer to Datanla
Protect 30–45 minutes plus entry and agree a waiting/return vehicle. A coaster ticket is not canyoning admission.
Datanla selected route
Allow 2 hours for the confirmed waterfall route or suitable activity. Do not add an unverified adventure product; wet or closed paths mean leave early.
Obtain an actual return timetable and stop duration from the station. If none fits, use the road plan below; do not assume an old daily departure.
Da Lat railway station
Allow 20–30 minutes from the hotel and 60 minutes for architecture/entry. A confirmed train replaces the following road block only when its actual times permit.
Allow 30–45 minutes including pickup and temple approach; arrange return. If using a train, follow its real boarding/return windows instead of these road timings.
Linh Phuoc Pagoda
Allow 75 minutes in the public permitted areas. Ask about steps and ground-level access; no tower climb is required.
A prearranged coffee morning, not every northern attraction
Center → confirmed K’Ho program → north-center meal → optional La Viet
Breakfast and coffee confirmation
Use this day only with an agreed K’Ho program, duration, language, exact meeting point, food and return. If unconfirmed, keep the day in town with La Viet as the coffee anchor.
Protected northern road transfer
Allow 45–60 minutes with a named return vehicle; a farm address is not an invitation to enter private homes.
Confirmed K’Ho Coffee program
Protect the operator’s actual program until roughly 12:15 only if that is its confirmed duration. A longer half-day workshop replaces the later café; arrange food rather than forcing a premature departure.
Allow 15–25 minutes to 200 Nguyen Cong Tru, only after the visitor space confirms it is open. One coffee program is enough; choose hotel rest if already satisfied.
Keep a separate airport transfer buffer. Langbiang belongs to a different dedicated outdoor day, not the end of this coffee route.
Trang rice-sheet dinner only if confirmed
Call 15F Tang Bat Ho because the directory hours conflict; allow 75 minutes. If service cannot be confirmed, use a reserved Le Petit meal or a current hotel dinner.
